PRODUCT INFO
All our briskets are cooked Texas style. They are full packer briskets, you can't rush the process they need to be cooked low and slow. Typically we cook our briskets at 225f for anywhere between 12 and 18 hours. With love and care the results are amazing. Available Whole or sliced.
