The Tuxford & Tebbutt creamery makes this fantastic creamy stilton. Made in the little town of Melton Mowbray, these cheesemakers have been going strong since the 18th century and are still in the smae original building. Still made today with the same traditional recipe and methods, this blue stilton is rich with complex flavours and a piquant finish and thin natural crust.
